2nd day of work of industrial attachment today.

1st thing i came at 8am,
waited in 'my' office fro 1 adn a half hours.
Did nothing.


One of the collague took me and taught me water sampling.
Its diffferent from what im taught in school.

The bottle is dam big and there are 12 points in total
in different ares in micro lab, gm lab, bioassay lab and
the others are chemical labs.


I was just merely folowing her and listened to her.
After that crash course on SOPs.
had a short interview with my 2nd supervisor.
I had a PROJECT to do! Dam. >.<

I was told to do testing of air
like air pressure(airborne particles count for grd a,b,c standards)
And make sure thee is no eutoxins in the air and contaminants must be
at minimum.

I was given a WHOEL CHUNK of files
DAM THICK.
Told to read all.
I was sleepy at that time.
I read halfway and halfway thru went to the computer
and one of the collegue coached me and explained some parts of it.


Its really dam stress for me.
I wanted to do work like experiments like
pour plates, chemical testing, calibration etc.
But im doing database checking and continuos projects.

Arrrghhhh =X
4 months i have to endure.

Earlier I said i ennjoyed my job scope.
But it changed me today.
Oh well,
I hope it gets better the next few days.


Hmm..
For pay wise..
I would like to get a PSP,
a new N73 nokia phone,
and lots of clothes to spent on =DD

And maybe changed my hairstyle or dye or something.
Btw my pay increase extra $50 for one month.
Coz they say meal allowance they did not put.
So yeah.. (:

I will sleep early today maybe ard 10 plus.
Im so dam tired, extremely tired.
Oh yeah i forgot smth,
I had to complete and arrange all database documents
which are prnted and slips.

I just got back from my industrial attachment at Schering Plough Ltd
located at Tuas.

There was transport at choa chu kang.
Just knew it today when they told me.

So I started work at 8 am sharp and ended ard 4.50pm~5pm.
The bus will come at 5.10 pm.
And i reached back home at 6pm.
WOOT, was quite fast.


So, no more waking up too early from tomorrow onwards. =DD



I wore a dam formal suit.
Long sleeve, pants and black shoes.
Was so damn paisehhh in the mrt.

Anyways, when i reached the place this morning,
I checked in at the security office.
Was at the A.P.I Plant doign admin work 1st like
signing of application form, bank form etc.

After that i attended a couse of GMP
(Good Manufacturing Practices)
Was a crash course on me but heh i learnt it in school already!
Yeah, I passed the test.

So, hmm i can add that to my resume. =DDDDD

Soon after that, had lunch at the canteen at API plant.
After that, the supervisor took me to the Biotech Facility Plant,
which I had to take a bus from there.

Was a 10 mins ride.
They have a tablet, API and biotech facilities al interconnected.
So we had to take a company transport there.

Along the way, the view is dammm nice.
Can see the beautiful sea and very windy. (:

When Ive reached the BioTech Facility,
was welcomed by 2 supervisors.
They were veryyyy dammm friendly.


I was very lucky to be chosen at this placement. ^^

During the working hours,
first i was taught about reading acrobat reader files from the schering plough website.
and doing database.
Was touring ard the facility.
They had a labs with grd a,b ,c grading,
with diff air pressure.

Our aim in this facility is to do chemical testing and sterilise
a product called uhh.. (sry forgot the name)
that can heal hepatitis C.
Was uber cool laaa. =D



I also was taught how to incubate moulds, bacteria in different agar plates.
And check air particles in the air using this ultra uber cool machine.



Hehks.
Enjoyed today vey much.
I even can surf the net when im free to do anything.
I had my own computer there, own office.
=))

time to eat and rest a lil.

Was amazed when i saw this picture from my friend's.

When i graduate, yeah more memories

Leave house at 6am.

8am, i have to reach.

Just that, i reallyyyyy hopeeee i dont get horrible tasks
that are needed to be done.

Yeah, like what ive said earlier,

Earlier in the morning today,
I was flipping thru pictures and pictures.
The thing is, whenever a picture that flicked my mind,
I would always looked at the date,
and think hard what actually happened on that particular day.


Same for smses and messages in msn that are
stored in my handphone and this computer.


Ive kept all smses since 5 October 2005 till now.
I will look at them whenever something similar happened
today on that day.

Went out for jalan raye with my coursemates friends.
Was a fun and memorable one.
Yeah, this would proabably the last memorable outing maybe.

Hmm, since all of us live in different parts of S'pore,
we rented a van, which Haidir drove the van. :)

Was very tiring in the end.

Hmmm, yesterday
I and some of my coursemates and lecturers went to Dover Hospice Care.
Me and Wan went and performed there with guitars.
We performed the song 'Stand by me' &
'Its all about you'

The others have to actually sing.
Haha, the singing part of stand by me was actually funny
but nevertheless its still quite okay. =)

We actually gave flowers plus hand made hearts to give the patients.
It was a sad-to-sad situation when a few of the patients actually cried
and were very touched bu our performance etc.

Soon after that, its time to go home
Was like ard 12.30 pm.

Rid decided to go vivocity @ harboufront.
I was with Rid,Hidah,Wan and rid's relative(sry forgot your name lol.)

It was my first time there.
The place was ZOMG extremely big.
We were lost a few times but yeah it was okay after that
since Rid went there before, lol.

We took lotsa pics as usual.
So many candids here and there expecially
at the top of vivocity
There's actually a mini swimming pool.

At first we went to Bk first to eat.
Ate till full and as usual Hidah ordered more than a meal.
Hehks.

Went around vivocity, took pics
and Hidah bought 2 shirts from Marks&Spencer with the recent
Mr and Miss AHS vouchers she won.

And yehhh.
Me, Hidah and Wan wore black.
Was perspiring and dam hot.

She was feeling better but still.............

Omg, i hope the journey its not that very long.

And my attachment will be 4 months exact.
After that, 2 weeks of presentation in school.
Then GRADUATE!

Seems good but..
it will really leave me very good memories,
when i leave school.
I love you all peeps.

Been a long time since i updated.

Anyways, I just got back home.
Me and my family went to th airport to
see my mum off.

My mum went for treatment overseas.
I wont say the place but its somewhere not in Singapore.

I'll be missing mum for 6-8 days.
She will be back maybe on next Thursday,Friday or Saturday.

My mum's condition started getting worse already.
The tumor that blocked my mum's nose have affected
my mum's breathing already.
I can see its really painful.

Haiz, its been nearly 1 and a half years.
The recent treatment have made my mum's condition better.
But things became worse this 2 weeks.



When the person gave treatment to my mum last week,
he said my mum just have to wait for her day...
The way the person recite the prayers made everyone cried terribly.


I just hope my mum will be alright after the 6-8 days treatment overseas.
Take good care of yourself, Mum..

Will be waiting for you to come back.. and feeling better..
