went swimming and jogging with faris and raihan
yeah ,had a great tyme
loved water so much
but too bad the sun wasnt datt so hot enough
so tanning had to be abandoned liao

juz played around with the water
i did the underwater diving for abt h.. to the middle of the pool
which had to be taken loads of gasps of air
before you dive
hadi and manan came wif us too last two days
yeah,hadi wanna learn the trapping skill
we taught him
and guess wad?
he succeed

i manage to run 2 and a half rounds the stadium
which was dam fuckin' tired liao.
raihan had gd stamina
he ran 5 pathetic rouds
and i was juz like 'dazed'
